Tasting Notes
Needs a little swirling to unlock scents of fresh grapefruit and yuzu zest, followed by hints of crushed stones and dill seed. The light-bodied palate is crisp and vibrant with citrusy layers and a spicy lift on the finish.

The 2024 Esprit de Chevalier Blanc is based on 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon, brought up in equal parts new, once-used, and twice-used barrels. It's pure, clean, and lively, with aromas of crushed stone, citrus, stone fruits, and subtle minty herbs. Medium-bodied and fresh on the palate, it has a solid spine of acidity and outstanding length.
With a fresh and delicately fruity bouquet, the 2024 L'Esprit de Chevalier Blanc reveals aromas of confit citrus, flowers and almonds. Light to medium-bodied, round and supple, it's elegant with a juicy mid-palate that leads to a gently bitter finish. This is a real classic at this address.
The 2024 L’Esprit de Chevalier Blanc is a tasty second wine. Pliant and supple, with lovely forward fruit, L'Esprit has a lot to offer. Bright floral top notes extend the fine, saline finish. This is all class.
