Entirely crafted from Merlot, the 2024 Les Gravières reveals a somber, oaky bouquet of spices, dark berries, gentian and smoke. Medium-bodied, compact and firm, the wine on the palate is framed by brittle tannins and a long, somewhat rustic finish.

The 2024 Les Gravieres opens with a heady blast of fruit, but it's hard to get past vegetal notes and searing contours.

The 2024 Les Gravières has a light but clean nose with brambly red berry fruit and light tea leaf scents percolating through with time. The palate is medium-bodied with just a little greenness and the finish is drier than I would like. Early drinking.

Round, polished, fruity, and already delicious, it will be easy to enjoy all of the chocolate, plums, licorice, and black cherries on the palate, and in the finish on release. The wine is produced from 100% Merlot.
