Tasting notes
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Los Potreros has a medium ruby-purple color and aromas of blackcurrants, menthol, thyme, graphite and tobacco. The palate is chewy and somewhat rustic, with herbal fruits and baking spices defining the finish.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Los Potreros is a bold, dense wine. Black fruit, leather, tobacco, scorched earth and menthol build in a deep, layered Happy Canyon Cabernet that delivers the goods. The Potreros is another wine loaded with character.
A step up, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Los Potreros is slightly more giving and rounded, with medium to full-bodied aromas and flavors of currants, tobacco, bay leaf, and dried herbs. I love its overall balance, and it has ripe tannins and a great finish. It too will certainly keep for 10-15 years.
