Tasting notes
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Ganymede Vineyard is silky, aromatic and wonderfully nuanced in every dimension. In this range, the Ganymede is distinguished by its floral, aromatic top notes, silky tannins and more red-toned fruit profile. There is plenty of depth and concentration in the glass, but what stands out most about the 2017 is its mid-weight, sensual personality.

Made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the deep garnet-purple colored 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Ganymede features warm cassis, baked plums, blueberry compote, spice cake and cedar with a waft of herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied, fresh and juicy with soft tannins, finishing with a lively herbal lift.
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Ganymede Vineyard is bold and vivid in the glass. Dark red and purplish berry fruit, graphite, rose petal, lavender, blood orange and mint give the Ganymede its multi-faceted aromatic and flavor profile. Still quite tense in feel, the 2017 looks like a wine that is going to require some bottle age to be at its best.
