Ruby-red. Aromas of coffee, mocha and exotic chocolate. Sweet, thick and superripe, with black raspberry and chocolate flavors that retain a certain sappiness despite their uncanny sweetness. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins. Although this does not exactly lead with its terroir character, it's a shame more producers were not able to make wine like this in 2003.
