Up there in rarefied air, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Amoenus Vineyard has tons of minerality as well as awesome notes of crème de cassis, graphite, and background oak. All Cabernet Sauvignon aged 22 months in 90% new French oak, it’s pure, flawlessly balanced, and as seamless as they come. This beauty will evolve for over two decades.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Amoenus Vineyard is deep garnet-purple in color, roaring out of the glass with profound crème de cassis, baked blackberries and stewed plums scents, plus touches of tar, sautéed herbs and charcuterie. Full-bodied, the generous black fruit flavors are spiked with alluring exotic spices on the palate, countered by firm, ripe tannins, finishing long and multilayered.
