Black/purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard from Rutherford offers aromas of charcoal, burning embers, roasted meats, blackberry and cassis. 2015's small yields and super-concentrated style are well-displayed in this wine that will be bottled February 1, 2018. It is another killer effort from B Cellars and further evidence that they have raised their game considerably. This looks to be a 25- to 30-year wine and will be approachable in its youth.
