Tasting notes
Full deep red. Captivating perfume of raspberry, iron, white pepper, dried rose and white flowers. Intensely flavored and vibrant, showing outstanding inner-mouth energy to its flavors of red fruits, flowers and saline minerality. The long finish boasts superb floral lift. Christophe Perrot-Minot keeps this wine in a reduced state in barrel, noting that it has a tendency to open much faster than the Mazoyères-Chambertin.

Full medium ruby-red. Rather delicate aromas of cranberry, violet and white flowers. Dense, fat and seamless but with a light touch to its urgent flavors of red berries, salty minerals and exotic rose petal. The sappy finish boasts a captivating floral whiplash of flavor.
