2020 Quinta do Soalheiro - Allo

The 2020 ALLO (the "AL" being 30% Alvarinho, the "LO" referencing 70% Loureiro) is dry with 3.5 grams of residual sugar and 7.2 of total acidity. It comes in at 11.6% alcohol. Fresh and lively, this is smooth and then silky in texture, adding that fresh feel and flavor on the finish. It's not tightly wound or intense, but it should be a refreshing summer sipper. Nicely priced, this blend can age a bit, but there is no reason to wait. It likely will be at its best in its first few years, no matter how long it theoretically ages.
