Score 90-92/100 · Drink 2024-2033, Neal Martin, Jan 2023
The 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Let Folatières 1er Cru has a crisp and tensile bouquet, quite steely at first, opening with hints of orchard fruit, chamomile and crushed stone. The palate is well balanced with a peachy opening, more pear and dried apricot notes emerging with time, leading to a composed finish with decent weight and persistence. This has potential.
