The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru contains 15% whole bunches and comes from purchased fruit. It has mainly dark fruit on the nose, tinged with marmalade and quince; a hint of pain d’épices emerges with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a confit-like entry; baked black cherries tinged with tar and tobacco frame quite a dense middle and a finish that just needs to develop a touch more elegance.
