Score 90/100 · Drink 1999-2014, Robert Parker, Oct 1994
The 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a backward, more elegantly-styled wine than the 1991 regular bottling. It displays intensity, medium body, excellent richness, and a structured personality. Five to six years of cellaring is mandatory given its elevated tannin level. The wine is extremely young and unevolved, yet it promises to last for 15-20 years. Tel. (707) 944-8577.
