Score 92/100 · Drink 2012-2025, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Jan 2020
The 2009 Crozes Hermitage Cuvee Louis Belle is drinking well and appears to have a few more good years ahead of it. The nose is deep and earthy, with hints of cedar and grilled meat accenting dark fruit, while the full-bodied palate is rich and velvety and the finish is plush, long and licorice-tinged. This was a super bottle.
