Score 92/100 · Drink 2024-2031, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Dec 2023

The 2019 Three Vineyard Blend is, as the name implies, a blend of the three main sites on the property. It offers gorgeous dark fruit, leather, spice and tobacco, showing terrific depth but also more immediacy than is the norm with young wines here. The 2019 was vinified by former winemaker Phil Steinschriber and blended by current winemaker Graham Wehmeier, following Roederer's acquisition of the estate. There's a strong oak imprint here, as was the custom at the time. Even so, this is a solid wine from Diamond Creek.
