The NV Rosé Extra Brut has a salmon pink color and opens with a clear, fresh and intensely aromatic bouquet of red currant, sweet cherries, and some reductive and floral flavors. Round, a bit too sweet and fruity for my taste, but fresh, this is a straightforward and fruit-driven Rosé that is based on the 2013 vintage; it blends 40% Chardonnay with 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier. This wine was disgorged in November 2015 with less than six grams per liter of dosage.
