2004 Selene Sauvignon Blanc Hyde Vineyard

Pale color. Perfumed, cool, floral aromas of pear, peach and mint. Juicy, dry and penetrating, with good texture to its flavors of lime, herbs and licorice. Finishes firm and persistent, with a minerally, iodiney nuance. Became rounder and fruitier as it opened in the glass.
