(a blend of mourvedre, syrah and grenache): Light peach skin color. Spicy, incisive aromas of orange zest, wild strawberry and white pepper, with a sexy note of honeysuckle gaining strength with air. Dry, tangy and mineral-driven, with good depth to its red berry and citrus flavors. Finishes tight and very long, with lingering spice and mineral notes. This style works with a range of lighter foods as well as by itself.
