Plummy blackberries and black cherries are found in the nose of the medium to dark ruby-colored 2002 Pinot Noir Spirithouse. Its beautifully penetrating, medium to full-bodied seamless character springs forth with soy sauce, black cherries, blackberries, spices, and hints of roasted oak. Broad, concentrated, and intensely fruit-driven, this is also a well-structured, balanced, and long-finishing wine.
