Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Voltz Vineyard gives up blackcurrant cordial, plum preserves, dried herbs and tilled soil with pencil lead, menthol and cedar. Medium to full-bodied with good concentration in the mid palate, it is firm and grainy with well-played freshness and an earthy finish.
