Score 90/100 · Drink 2019-2023, Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate, Dec 2019

The 2017 Chardonnay Durell Vineyard was aged on the lees in 35% new oak with weekly bâtonnage. It's scented of sliced apple, toast and wet stone, shy at first but opening to fresh pears, pie crust, quince and a honey-nut notion. It’s light to medium-bodied and slightly rounded, offering good intensity and juicy acidity, finishing long and textured.
