Lifted and high toned, the 2014 Pinot Noir Soberanes Vineyard is another outstanding wine from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Possessing bright acidity and outstanding purity, with notes of ripe cherries, red plums, violets and spice, drink this medium-bodied, pure and nicely textured 2014 over the coming 5-6 years.

Brilliant ruby-red. High-pitched aromas of fresh red berries and Asian spices on the nose, complicated by a suave floral quality. Spice-accented strawberry and black raspberry flavors gain flesh and pick up a smoky quality with air. Impressively energetic and precise, displaying superb finishing persistence and silky tannins that fold smoothly into the juicy red fruit.
