Tasting notes
The 2019 Chardonnay Tinaquaic Vineyard 5 Rows is scented of baked apples, toast, crushed almonds and lime peel with stony nuances. The light-bodied palate is bright and citrusy with a somewhat leesy/bitter finish.

The 2019 Chardonnay Tinaquaic Vineyard Estate Grown - Dry Farmed is a wine of magnificent beauty and character. Richly textured in feel, the Tinaquaic possesses tremendous pedigree right from the start. Lemon confit, tangerine oil, spice, honey and chamomile are all amplified in a gorgeous Chardonnay that delivers on all levels. In a word: superb.
Plenty of toast, brioche, honeysuckle, and ripe lemon and orchard fruits define the 2019 Chardonnay Tinaquaic Vineyard, a classic Santa Maria Chardonnay with good mid-palate density, bright acidity, and outstanding length. Brought up in 20% new, 500-liter French oak puncheons, it’s a beautiful wine to drink over the coming 4-5 years.
