Tasting notes
LAST TASTED 6/94 This wine possesses a youthful, dark ruby/purple saturated color with a touch of garnet at the edge. At first the nose offers an old, leathery, musty wood character, but as the wine sits in the glass animal, cedary, curranty scents emerge. Full-bodied, ripe, chewy, and brawny, as well as frightfully tannic, this big Cabernet Sauvignon has not yet pulled itself together. Nevertheless, there is a lot going on and the wine is still relatively young, so don't give up.
