Score 93+/100 · Drink 2025-2033, Eric Guido, Vinous, Jan 2024

The 2019 Pinot Noir Antiquum Vineyard grumbles up with a dark blend of crushed blackberries complicated by dusty earth and dried flowers, a camphor hint adding lift. It's softly textured with polished red fruits and rosy inner florals, giving way to depths of liquid stone minerality and exotic spice. This is potent and staining with a raspberry concentration and edgy tannins that tug at the cheeks. The Antiquum is already enjoyable today, but cellaring is recommended.

Score 94/100 · Drink 2025-2035, Jeb Dunnuck, Sep 2023

Moving to the single vineyard wines, the 2019 Pinot Noir Antiquum Vineyard brings forward a more nuanced and layered profile, with aromatics of graphite, cracked pepper, pure cherry, and fresh flowers. Long on the palate, it takes on a touch more concentration but remains nimble, with sweet tannins, an even backbone of fresh acidity, and pristine red fruit throughout. It’s focused and has a subtle flourish of warming spice on the finish. It’s certainly in a great spot now but will reward another year or two in bottle. Drink 2025-2035.
