Score 90/100 · Drink 2005-2008, Robert Parker, Oct 2005

The 2003 Riesling exhibits a subtle waxy characteristic along with a hint of orange peel in the aromatic and flavor profile. These wines can last, but I prefer them in their exuberant youth, and recommend drinking them over the next 1-3 years. It is hard to comprehend that the Eden Valley has a 150 year history of growing and making Riesling, and only recently has the world begun to notice how good these dry Rieslings can be.
