2015 Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema

The 2015 Carema is gracious, perfumed and light on its feet. Rose petal, orange peel, licorice, sweet red cherry and mint are all beautifully lifted in this translucent, super-expressive Carema. Elements of wildness give the 2015 a bit of a rustic character, but I have to say, the purity of the fruit and the wine's sense of transparency are both incredibly appealing.
