Score 88/100 · Drink 2009-2021, Robert Parker, Dec 2009

Displaying a similar dark ruby hue, the 2006 Chesler has a blue and black fruit aromatic profile with notes of underbrush and subtle herbs in the background. Medium-bodied and neither as deep nor profoundly concentrated as the 2005, the soft, up-front 2006 is ideal for drinking over the next 12+ years. Mia Klein’s proprietary blends, dedicated to her mother, are all blends of Bordeaux varietals. Tel. (707) 258-8119; Fax (707) 258-8132
