2021 Hundred Suns Marianas Chardonnay

The 2021 Chardonnay Marianas comes from the esteemed Koosah Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills, but the estate chose not to label it as such since they have sold the vineyard. A bright yellow hue with green highlights, the wine is focused and high-toned aromatically, with loads of lemongrass, salty earth, green apple, and vibrant flint. The palate remains medium-bodied, with an outstanding linear feel as well as great focus and balance. A Burgundian-like white, it has the bones to cruise over the coming 10 or more years. This is a stunning wine.
