Score 90/100 · Drink 2021-2030, Jeb Dunnuck, Jan 2021

Checking in as a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 9% Malbec, and the rest Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, the deep purple-hued 2018 Red Blend Estate Elu gives up a terrific bouquet of spiced red and black currants, new leather, tobacco, and loamy earth. Medium-bodied, nicely textured, and elegant, it's a more mid-weight, charming, balanced wine that's ideal for enjoy over the coming 7-8 years or so.
