A more transparent hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Ten Oaks is also more lifted with fresh cinnamon, rocky earth, and grenadine. Medium-bodied, with an angular structure, more herbaceous notes come to the forefront on the palate, including crunchy red cherry and dried earth. With a more linear nature, this is a wine to drink over the next 4-6 years.
