The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (Stag's Leap District) is one of the more boisterous wines in the range. A blast of inky dark fruit, crème de cassis, lavender, mint and spice flesh out in this ample, creamy Cabernet Sauvignon. Next to many of the appellation wines, the Stags Leap has more volume, richness and overall depth.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (Rutherford) is a powerful, imposing wine. Super-ripe black cherry, gravel, licorice, smoke and grilled herbs add to an impression of masculine intensity. The tannins need time to soften, but there is quite a bit of substance and gravitas that just need bottle age to fully emerge.
From multiple appellations in the valley and aged 17 months in 36% new American oak, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley from Pine Ridge sports a vibrant purple color as well as loads of ripe blueberry and cassis fruit, medium-bodied richness, background vanilla and spice, and a plump, broad, expansive texture. It’s a pleasure-bent beauty to drink over the coming decade or more.
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color with baked berries, earth, dried herbs and leather scents. Full-bodied with a good concentration of fruit, the tannins are a bit firm but good black fruit comes through on the finish.
