Already open, this round wine can be enjoyed today. I do not think age will much to the wines development. I\'d drink this on the young side. 89 Points

(60% from Napa and 40% from Sonoma; includes 15% merlot, 8% cabernet franc and 2% malbec) Opaque ruby. Dark berry and cherry-cola aromas are complemented by licorice and a hint of smoky herbs. Juicy cassis and bitter cherry flavors are firmed by dusty tannins, which are sucked up by the fruit with air. Quite approachable already save for some tangy berry skin character on the fresh, sappy finish. Give this some air if you're planning on popping one soon.
A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa and 40% from Sonoma, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Unity is an elegant, Bordeaux-styled offering displaying admirable blueberry and black currant fruit intermixed with an underlying floral component.
