Tasting notes
The 2019 Pinot Noir Three Sisters Vineyard offers cool blueberry and cranberry tones on the nose with accents of forest floor, fir and purple flowers. The palate is light-bodied, bright and delicately styled with floral-laced fruits lingering on the uplifted finish. 169 cases were made.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Three Sisters Vineyard is soft, open-knit and gracious. Crushed berries, spice, mint and rose petal are all beautifully lifted in this understated, aromatically deep Pinot. In this range, the Three Sisters is one of the most delicate and lilting of the Pinots. I would prefer to drink it on the early side.
About the producer

Martinelli is a Sonoma benchmark for vineyard-designate bottlings—wines built to highlight how strongly a single site can shape Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Zinfandel. Across the range, the focus stays consistent: small-production bottlings that feel distinctly tied to where they’re grown.
