Tasting notes
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon GEO brings another level of purity and precision, with pure cassis and currant fruits intermixed with darker chocolate, classy oak, and graphite. It's medium to full-bodied, concentrated, has ripe tannins, and a great finish, and will drink well for at least a decade.

Full bottle 1,642 g. pH 3.67. 700 cases produced. Inky purple colour. Plummy nose. Balsam and spice on the palate with high levels of grippy tannin and fresh acid. Nice spice to the finish but the fruit doesn't carry. (SCJ)
This suave and structured wine from cool Coombsville in southern Napa Valley is deep in blueberries, dark plums and dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins support the dark fruit, cream and subtle oak spices. Just 3 percent petit verdot. Drink or hold.
