Spicy pepper, black cherry, dark chocolate and leather. Meaty character on the finish. A good, solid Corbières. (RH)

A 90-10 blend of Carignan and Syrah, the 2015 Corbieres Les Dimanches boasts vivid notes of cracked green peppercorns and ground white pepper, raspberry and cherry fruit, and hints of garrigue on the long, mouthwatering finish. It's medium to full-bodied, with supple, silky tannins that make it approachable now.
