Score 88/100 · Jay S Miller, Wine Advocate, Oct 2011

The 2009 Pinot Noir Antoinette is Prosser’s selection of the five best barrels of Temperance Hill. The wine has a green character that is slightly ameliorated by savory, spicy flavors on the palate. It has excellent weight and substance for the vintage. Those who are more tolerant of green/herbal aromas will enjoy the wine more than I did. New father Jim Prosser is well-established in his winery on Parrot Hill in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. He is pleased by the fact that he was able to bring all of his 2009s in under 14% alcohol. Tel.
