Tasting notes
Sequoia Grove's 2015 Red Blend Cambium is the most concentrated and flamboyant of these new releases. Raspberry jam, white chocolate, sweet French oak and violets all meld together. Opulent and racy to the core, the 2015 will drink well pretty much right of the gate.

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot, the 2015 Cambium sports a deep garnet-purple color and is delicately scented of fungi, damp earth and fallen leaves with a core of crushed blackberries, plums and mulberries, plus wafts of lavender and dried thyme. Medium-bodied with plenty of earth and mineral layers accenting the black fruits, it has an approachable, rounded frame and an herbal lift on the finish.
