Ruby-red color. Intense bouquet of cassis, kirsch, high-octane chocolate, cola, patchouli oil, cinnamon and dried rose. Tightly wound and fresh, showing tangy red berry and oak spice qualities. Becomes more oaky with air-at the expense of the fruit, to my palate. There's excellent material here, and the nose is incredible, but I'd like some more sweetness and flesh.
