Score 91/100 · Drink 2016-2031, Robert Parker, Dec 2016

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Acre shows rich cassis fruit, spice box, spring flowers, supple tannins, a medium to full body and a velvety textured, round, juicy finish. This is ideal for drinking now and over the next 12-15 years.

Score 92/100 · Drink 2018-2026, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Dec 2016

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is soft, open-knit and gracious at the outset, before the firm Pritchard Hill tannins kick in. Sweet red cherry, plum, mint and dusty tannins are among the signatures. Tightly wound today, the 2014 needs at least few years to show at its best. The Three Acre is the entry-level Cabernet at David Arthur but it is a serious wine that demands at least a few years in the cellar.

Score 90-93/100 · Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Oct 2015

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is boisterous and explosive, with terrific inner tension that gives the wine its sense of energy. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next year, but today, the Three Acre comes across as linear and delineated. There is quite a bit of potential in this tightly wound Cabernet Sauvignon.
