Tasting notes
Dark cherry, cloves, cinnamon, new leather, spice and menthol give the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Acre its distinctive dark, almost brooding profile. In this vintage, the Three Acre is especially dense, with a bit more richness than is typically the case. Then again, that is 2015. I expect the 2015 will drink well upon release, but it also has enough depth to develop nicely for another decade or more. The burly tannins need time to soften.

David Arthur's 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is deep, dense and enveloping. The flavors are dark, powerful and inviting. Black cherry, plum, licorice, menthol and mocha are some of the signatures. This is an especially succulent, rich Three Acre. While there is quite a bit of density in the glass, the 2015 also retains terrific freshness.
