Score 93/100 · Drink 2025-2039, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Jan 2022

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is a potent, deep wine. Even so, the 2019 is super-elegant. Dark cherry, plum, spice, kirsch, sweet red cherry, hard candy, new leather, menthol and mocha all build as this deep, layered Cabernet shows off its considerable charm. Here, too, the purity of the fruit is striking. There's quite a bit of ripeness here, but in the laid back style that is the house signature.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is wonderfully aromatic and nuanced, with terrific fruit presence and fabulous balance. Bright red/purplish berry fruit, rose petal, cinnamon, lavender and mint are nicely sketched in this vibrant Cabernet.
