Deep red. Expansive, spice-laced red and dark berry aromas pick up notes of cola and candied lavender with air. Juicy, focused and appealingly sweet, offering intense black raspberry and spicecake flavors that tighten up on the back half. Shows very good depth and power for the year and finishes sappy and long, with slow-building tannins and a strong echo of juicy red fruit.
