1994 Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

One of the best bargains in the Flora Springs portfolio is the 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate (unfortunately, only 1,600 cases are available). It is bursting with ripe, jammy black fruits. This full-bodied, fleshy, fat, in your face, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled unfiltered, revealing a chewy, open-knit texture. It exhibits excellent purity, as well as spicy oak. Drink it over the next 7-10 years. Flora Springs, one of the largest vineyard owners in Napa Valley, estate bottles only a fraction of their production, with the bulk of their wine production being sold to other wineries.
