Score 90/100 · Drink 2016-2024, Robert Parker, Mar 2016

The 2014 Chardonnay Sangiacomo only sees about 30% new oak, and displays plenty of poached pear, caramelized citrus and some tropical fruit as well as beautiful acidity, a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, and a very discreet use of oak. The color is a light gold. This is a well-made, medium to full-bodied Chardonnay to drink over the next 7-8 years.
