The 2018 Pinot Noir La Encantada Vineyard is deep, plush and varietal in feel, with a huge core of fruit and tons of power in reserve. Crushed rocks, raspberry, dried rose petals, orange peel and mint all open up. Of all the 2018s in this range the Encantada will benefit most from another year or two in bottle as it is very tight at this stage. Its potential, though, is evident.
