Score 90/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2008

Light yellow. Dusty lemon, orange and white peach on the nose, with a light floral quality gaining strength with air. Juicy, nicely concentrated orchard fruit and citrus flavors are given depth by a sweet spun-sugar quality. Smoky lees and buttery brioche flavors build on the long, sappy finish. Packs a lot of depth and richness but remains surprisingly light on its feet.
