Tasting notes
As for the flagship 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Twins Vineyard, it has a saturated, bluish/purple color, a beautiful nose of blueberry, blackberry and cassis. Stunningly proportioned richness with loads of blue and black fruits, a full body, good acidity, great purity and presence on the palate, this is a beauty to drink over the next 12-15+ years.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Twins Vineyard has really come together since I tasted it from barrel last year. Racy and supple, the 2014 exudes depth and nuance, with plenty of dark cherry, graphite, smoke and licorice flavors. Powerful, ample and super-expressive, the 2014 is fabulous today. Reader can look forward to another decade-plus of fine drinking, once the tannin settles down a bit.
The estate's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Twins Vineyard comes across as unusually firm and unyielding, with huge tannins that need time to soften, although I am not sure that will ever totally happen. It will be interesting to see if the fruit blossoms over the coming year.
