2014 Alejandro Bulgheroni Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Alejandro Bulgheroni is a blend of fruit from several top sites. A dense, rich wine, especially for the year, the Alessandro Bulgheroni exudes intensity and volume. Dark red stone fruit, flowers, menthol, white chocolate, kirsch and blood orange infuse the racy finish. Even with all of its overtness, the 2014 maintains a good sense of aromatic freshness and lift throughout. Dr. Crane and To Kalon are the main vineyard sources, while two well-known vineyards on Pritchard Hill round out the blend with much smaller contributions.
