Score 92/100 · Drink 2025-2035, Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate, Oct 2024

The 2022 Pinot Noir La Pommeraie was matured for 16 months in 38% new French oak. The nose offers a plethora of wild berry fruit aromas and accents of blood orange and allspice. The medium-bodied palate is structured by taut tannins and bright acidity. It boasts layer after layer of wild fruit, earth and spice and has a long, expressive finish. It opens dramatically with time in the glass and will benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar or a couple of hours in a decanter. 321 cases were made.
