2014 LaRue Pinot Noir Emmaline Ann Vineyard

The 2014 Pinot Noir Emmaline Ann is a tiny production of just three barrels. Dried flowers, mint and licorice add aromatic nuance throughout. Today, the 2014 comes across as a bit compact and lacking in depth, especially in the mid-palate. It will be interesting to see if it fleshes out with a bit more time in bottle.
